If the customer isn't home, you won't be able to set up the device but you have the option to drop-off the device by selecting delivery only, as shown on the screen below.
However, a location is not eligible for drop-off if the address is incorrect or it is not possible to drop off the device in a non-exposed location.
If you select "yes" to either of the questions above, you must call Help Desk to cancel the job for Location not Eligible (LNE) and return the part to the FLS. The instructions will be shown to you after your selection:

Note: If you select Curbside setup, there isn't an option to select LNE. Curbside should only be selected when the customer is available for set up.
