Why do I need to wait 15 minutes? Expert setup is a huge benefit to our customers. Waiting 15 minutes for customers to arrive ensures that as many people as possible get this experience.
What happens if I do not wait 15 minutes? You may miss the opportunity to setup the customer device and/or sell VPH or Home+. This may impact reporting as well.
What happens if the customer shows up while waiting? Select “I have met the customer” and you will be reverted to signature flow.
What if I spoke to the customer and they are not going to show? If you have made contact and know the customer is unavailable, you can move forward without waiting 15 min to the drop-off eligibility questions.
Will the pictures be added to the SB job? Yes, for jobs delivered by picture confirmation, the images are now uploaded to the attachments section of the ServiceBench job.
