When a job previously assigned to you cannot be found in your queue in both Service Bench and Anywhere Expert app platforms, it means that the job was canceled or reassigned.
There is no action needed from you on the job.
If the job is assigned to you in Service Bench but cannot be found in your queue in the Anywhere Experts app, you must report a bug or call Help Desk as soon as possible to ensure your account is set up properly and to prevent other related issues from happening in the future.
